 What: 

Training with one of the great masters, Sifu Liang, and our Taiji brother Oamsin, we work deeper into Qigong, Neigong, Form, Tuishou, and Sanshou.

Sunday 17^th: Dinner with instructors (7 pm).

 Monday 18^th to Wednesday 27^th

6 hours of intense training from 9 am to 4:30 pm (1.5hr Lunch)

Morning session with Laoshi Oamsin from 9 am to Noon.

Afternoon Session with Sifu Liang from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Take a couple of days off!

We recommend getting a Thai massage, heading out to the temple, riding an elephant, and, at night, every Saturday and Sunday, we have a great street-walk night market.
